Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu
Arrival & transfer to hotel. Upon arrival at the airport our representative will meet the group and transfer to hotel by private coach. Rooms will be assigned followed by short briefing about your stay – programms in Nepal.
Day 2 Early morning departure from Kathmandu for PURANDI ( PHAKHEL) Where we will make the place as an base camp for 4 Nights 5 days. On the first day while driving to Purandy we will stop at Humane Bhanjyang, Where we will break the journey for visit to nearby child care center and obtain first hand information about the center and also we will stroll around the beautiful Humane Bhanjyang to experience the breath taking views of the Kathmandu valley and the himalayas in the far north. After a while we then proceed on to our destination Purandy where we make this place as a base camp, dinner and over night in Tented camp.
Day 3 Breakfast at 7: 30 AM. After breakfast we visit KALIKA secondary School where all the student will participate in familiarization about school environment and teaching facilities. All the student will prepare first hand reports and collect the data. Pack lunch is provided in some peaceful area in the surrounding village. After lunch and short break we visit some ethnic village and shall observe their socio-economic life style. Back to camp dinner & over night.
Day 4 AM Breakfast. Then we proceed on to visit another village school (SIGHA BHAIRAV) Primary school in Lapshi Khola here we will do the observation tour and make a handy reports. Pack lunch is provided. Back to base camp.
Day 5 AM Breakfast. Full day nature trek to Celemale Danda in the laps of Mahabharat Range. This area used to be a Durbar Square a NEWAR Royalties in past. On this day trek we will make few records of Medicinal plants, animals & beautiful birds of the forest. The view of the snow clad himalayas will be a life time remembrance. Pack lunch is provided in the vantage point of the surrounding forest. Back to camp & over night.
Day 6 After breakfast we will have last visit to village school of Khatpu village. Pack lunch is provided. The final departure to Kathmandu at about 4 PM. Over night hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 7 Transfer airport by car or coach, One hours Mountain Flight in the morning, over the snow clad Himalaya s including the Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest) Group will be awarded with a Certificate engraved with individual names. After Mountain flight back to hotel then check out. Free after noon for shopping and etc "depend on your flight time". After all these transfer to International airport for final departure from Kathmandu onward journey. |
This particular outdoor Educational Excursion to PHAKHEL countryside village tour programms have designed mainly for academic students and Educational Institute. We have designed this particular package for students where they will undergo – various brain storming give and take institutional knowledge about the ethnic village culture, topography (geological placement) village school – location, class rooms educational materials, facilities for school children and most important – Hygiene / Health of the school children an countryside. We will also emphasize about on deforestation & re-forestation about the areas. As we all know that "NEPAL KO DHAN HARIYO BAAN" definitely there will be an extensive discussion and exchange of knowledge and views on FLORA & FAUNA of the area.
